Gary Veurink Interview This Sunday

This Sunday morning, November 24th, we are privileged to have as our guest, Gary Veurink, COO of the world’s largest human rights organization dedicated to combating human trafficking. I will interview Gary at both services (9:15 & 11:00) as part of our Generous Justice message series.

A former Brazoria County resident, Gary was one of three General Managers at Texas Dow Operations before moving to assume the position of Corporate VP of Manufacturing and Engineering at Dow’s Midland, MI headquarters. After retiring from Dow, Gary began his second career at International Justice Mission (IJM) in Washington D.C. Gary will talk about his work, IJM’s 16 field offices around the world and share practical ways we can be involved in bringing justice to the developing world’s most vulnerable people.

Sunday’s visit with Gary is sure to be a highlight of what has been an exciting year at BPF. I strongly encourage you to invite your friends to church Sunday, especially those who wonder how working in a chemical company or any other secular job could be used to honor the Lord and help build the Kingdom of God.

Live Bold,

Greg

Here’s another reason to be excited about Sunday – I plan to make a very special announcement during the Welcome. Be on time!
